Privacy Policy

1. What data we collect

• Google account information — when you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, and Google account ID. This is used to create and identify your account.
• LinkedIn profile URLs — when you run a lookup, we store the LinkedIn URL you searched.
• Enrichment results — work email address, phone number, job title, and company name returned by our enrichment provider for profiles you look up.
• Sales Navigator search data — when you use the Sales Navigator feature, we store the profile details shown in your search results (such as name, job title, company, and LinkedIn URL), the job names you assign to each fetch, and any enrichment results you request for those profiles.
• Payment information — payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card details. We store the number of credits purchased and the Stripe payment intent ID.
• Usage data — number of lookups performed and credits consumed per account.

2. How we use your data

• To operate your account and track your credit balance.
• To return enrichment results when you search a LinkedIn profile.
• To cache previous lookup results so repeat searches are free for you.
• To process payments and deliver credits.
• To provide your lookup history and CSV export.
• To run Sales Navigator fetch jobs, show their progress, and let you download the results as CSV.

3. Data sharing and third parties

• Third party contact databases — we send the LinkedIn URL you search to our enrichment data providers to retrieve contact details. These providers process the URL solely to return contact information and do not retain your personal data.
• Stripe — payment processing. See stripe.com/privacy.
• Google — authentication. See policies.google.com/privacy.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third parties.

4. Data storage and security

Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Google Cloud. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.

5. LinkedIn profile and Sales Navigator data

DFD Enrich only accesses LinkedIn pages that you explicitly navigate to in your browser, namely LinkedIn profile pages and LinkedIn Sales Navigator search pages. We do not access any LinkedIn data without your direct action. For profile pages, the extension reads the URL of the tab you are viewing to detect when you are on a LinkedIn profile page. For Sales Navigator, the extension reads the search results currently shown on the page you are viewing to collect the profile details for the fetch job you start.

6. Your rights

• Request a copy of all data we hold about you.
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
• Export your lookup history at any time via the extension.

7. Cookies and local storage

The extension stores your authentication token and settings in chrome.storage.local on your device. This data does not leave your browser except as described above. For Sales Navigator fetch jobs, the extension reads your existing LinkedIn session cookie directly in your browser so it can make authenticated requests to LinkedIn's Sales Navigator API on your behalf. This session cookie is used locally in your browser only and is never sent to or stored on DFD's servers. We do not use tracking cookies.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL. Continued use of DFD Enrich after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
